As an SME, I specialise in providing solutions to complex governance issues, refining internal processes, navigating changes to the corporate climate.

Over the course of his career, he established himself as a trusted advisor and confidant, delivering hands on guidance and support to Boards, committees, and other key stakeholders on strategic planning. This couples well with his extensive background in legal, financial, and commercial business, on an international scale, particularly with medium to larger multinationals and smaller businesses.

Areas of Speciality:
• Heading comprehensive projects from planning to delivery, whilst impacting restructures, reorganisations, M&As, and dissolutions.
• Co-ordinating Board evaluations / gap assessments, governance reviews, leading health checks / statutory audits, and overseeing risk management. 
• Generating timely, accurate reports on an annual / interim basis, including strategic, governance, statements of responsibility, compliance, financial, and non -financial
